The 34th annual “Shark Week” on the Discovery channel kicks off on July 24 and there’s one addition to the mix.
Dwayne Johnson will be the Master of Ceremonies. Tracy Morgan is part of the iconic week and so are the stars of “Impractical Jokers” and “Jackass.”
Johnson took to Instagram to share “I’m honored to be your first-ever Shark Week Master of Ceremonies. I filmed exclusively in my home state of Hawaii, these beautiful predators, Aumakua (Gods), are deeply revered and respected in our Polynesian culture.”
The week will feature 25 hours of footage, including never before seen walking sharks and more.
