The search is on for a Texas woman accused in a love triangle attack.  An arrest warrant has been issued for Kaitlin Armstrong.  Police believe she killed professional cyclist Anna Wilson who was in the state while traveling for a race.  She was found shot several times in a friend’s home almost two weeks ago.  Police say Wilson used to date the suspect’s boyfriend and the two had met up that day to go swimming.

This is the last week of a celebrity defamation trial in Virginia.  And today, Johnny Depp will reportedly be back on the stand.  The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star already testified in his case against ex-wife Amber Heard.  He says her claims of domestic violence aren’t true and have hurt his career.  She countersued and testified as well.  Now, Depp is expected to be called as a witness in her defense.  Closing arguments are set for Friday.

Two Texas parents are suing Apple, claiming their 14-year-old son’s eardrum was “torn apart” by AirPods.  The suit claims the boy was watching Netflix two years ago when an Amber Alert went off, ripping open his right eardrum and leading to permanent hearing loss.  The couple wants to hold Apple liable for what they call “serious emotional stress.”

The Penn State baseball team is set to open the Big Ten Tournament on Wednesday, taking on Iowa at 10 a.m. ET. The Nittany Lions, the No. 6 seed, battle the Hawkeyes, the No. 3 seed, at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha.

MLB – TheCardinals embarrassed the Pirates, 18-4. The Philllies over the Dodgers, 4-3.


(New York, NY)  —  Major League Baseball officials say they will investigate an incident over the weekend involving Yankees third baseman Josh Donaldson calling a Chicago White Sox player Jackie.  Donaldson admitted to calling Tim Anderson Jackie, as in Jackie Robinson, during a benches clearing moment during Saturday afternoon’s game.  White Sox manager Tony La Russa called the statement racist while Donaldson says it’s in reference to a 2019 article in which Anderson called himself the next Jackie Robinson.  A Yankees spokesperson says Donaldson hasn’t spoken with the league yet nor has he discussed the incident with Anderson.

Three hockey teams are celebrating victories in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.  Tampa Bay Lightning topped the Florida Panthers five-to-one.  The New York Rangers took down the Carolina Hurricanes three-to-one, and Edmonton Oilers earned a second straight win over the Calgary Flames.  Tonight, the Lightning will try for a four-game sweep while the St. Louis Blues hope to even their series with the Colorado Avalanche.
