A new video is showing the moment before a movie set shooting in New Mexico.  Actor Alec Baldwin is seen pointing a prop gun toward the camera during rehearsal.  He claims he never pulled the trigger but a bullet fired, killing the cinematographer and wounding the director.

The Supreme Court isn’t ending a new admissions policy at a Virginia high school.  At least, not yet.  Justices decided to let it continue while a legal challenge plays out.  Parents pleaded to block it after a lower court found the policy discriminates against Asian American students.


Sports

The Penn State baseball team is set to play two mid-week, non-conference matchups this week. Penn State welcomes Bucknell back to Medlar Field at Lubrano Park on Tuesday at 6 p.m. The Nittany Lions then travel to West Virginia on Wednesday with a 6:30 first pitch at Monongalia County Ballpark.

NHL – The Flyers lost to Chicago, 3-1

NBA – The 76ers had a chance to clinch thneir best of seven series but lost to Toronto at home, 103-88. The 76ers now leat the best of seven, 3-2.
