No charges will be brought against a Chicago police officer who shot and killed a 13-year-old boy last year.  The Cook County State’s Attorney’s office announced the decision yesterday, saying there’s no evidence to prove the officer acted with criminal intent when he chased Adam Toledo [[ Toh-lay-doh ]] down an alley and shot him in the chest.  It happened within a second of the teen dropping a gun and raising his hands.
