We are a little over a week away from one of the most joyous, and drunk-filled days of the year, St. Patrick’s Day. Whether Irish or not, plenty of people love to pack the bars to celebrate, and there are definitely some cities that go all out for the occasion.

  • Well, WalletHub has just come out with their list of the Best Cities for St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations.
  • They judged 200 of the largest U.S. cities across 18 factors, in areas of traditions, cost, safety & accessibility and weather.
  • These factors include Irish pubs and restaurants per capita, weather forecasts, parades and parties, average price of a beer and more.
  • Philadelphia tops the list this year, with a score of 67.35, coming in third or St. Paddy’s Day traditions, although it’s at 50 for cost and 55 for safety and accessibility.
  • The typically Irish city of Boston, second overall, comes out on top for St. Paddy’s Day traditions.
