A Georgia man is heading to prison for using COVID relief funds to buy a Pokemon card.
Investigators say Vinath Oudomsine faked information to obtain 85-thousand-dollars that was intended to benefit small businesses. He then used almost $60k to buy a Charizard Pokemon card.
A judge recently sentenced Oudomsine to serve three-years in prison after he pleaded guilty. He also has to pay the money back and was fined $10-thousand.
