Houston Man Gets Nabbed For PPP Fraud After Buying A Lamborghini. Lee Price, III scammed the Paycheck Protection Program out of more than a million-bucks. The Justice Department says the 30-year-old submitted fake PPP loan applications to two different lenders for three phony businesses. Price applied for more than two-million in loans and received more than a million, which he spent on a Lamborghini, a Ford F-350, a Rolex, office space and a lot of time at nightclubs. He pleaded guilty in September to wire fraud and money laundering. A judge sentenced him on Monday.
