The Penn State men’s ice hockey team welcomes the Niagara Purple Eagles to Pegula Ice Arena to kickoff Homecoming Weekend with a pair of 7 p.m. contests on Thursday and Friday evening.

The No. 24 Penn State women’s soccer team travels to Michigan for its next Big Ten match. The Nittany Lions and Wolverines will face off on FS1 at 7 p.m. ET. It will be Penn State’s fifth nationally televised game so far this season.

Penns Valley’s Anna Stitzer not only set a personal record at the Mountain League Cross Country Championships on Wednesday, but she was also able to break her home course record. Stitzer ran the course in 19:09 to finish in first place, breaking the previous record of 19:24. With temperatures in the lows 70s and the wind pushing against her, Stitzer waded through open fields with hills, a patch of woods and a baseball field on her path, along with a pack of other racers

Former Penn State legend Stephen Nedoroscik is off to a great start at the 2021 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Kitakyushu, Japan. He is one of four U.S. men that has a chance to win a World title after advancing to the final with his performance on pommel horse on Tuesday.
