PA lawmakers spend millions of tax dollars on private lawyers, but often don’t reveal why.

A portion of South Sparks Street in State College will be closed to most vehicle traffic on Wednesday for road work. State College Borough Public Works will be performing a trench restoration from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the street between Westerly Parkway and West Hamilton Avenue. The work follows storm sewer pipe replacement that took place last week. The road will be closed for the duration of the work and a detour will use Westerly Parkway to West Hamilton Avenue to South Sparks Street.

The FDA is issuing a nationwide recall for a brand of rice baby cereal sold at Walmart over concerns of inorganic arsenic levels.  This affects Parent’s Choice Rice Baby Cereal made by Maple Island Incorporated.  It was sold after April 5th.
