Most jobs of the future will be a mix of remote and in office work according to a recent study..
The study suggests almost 70-percent of the 61 companies analyzed plan on adopting a flexible work model. Only 10-percent of the companies said they preferred office work, while 11-percent preferred fully remote work.
Companies thought going back to the office was the way to go, then the rapid spread of the Delta variant among unvaccinated people changed everything.
Basically it’s becoming a worker’s workplace since the pandemic has led millions of workers to quit their jobs as part of the “Great Resignation.” Some opted to retire, but others are looking for a shorter commute, higher pay or greater flexibility on the job.
The good news for workers is, some companies are selling office buildings and going full remote.
