Instead of making big New Year’s Resolutions, this year, a lot of people are setting smaller, more attainable goals.
According to a new survey of 2,000 people by Freshly Fit, these are the top micro-goals we’ve been setting for ourselves this year:
1. Eating less takeout / fast food (38%)
2. Maintaining your weight (38%)
3. Eating more nutritious lunches (35%)
4. Drinking more water (34%)
5. Taking vitamins (32%)
6. Getting outside more often (28%)
7. Doing a five-minute meditation each day (28%)
8. Prepping some meals in advance (25%)
9. Substituting healthier ingredients in favorite foods (24%)
10. Walking or biking around town instead of driving (18%)
