At-Work Burn-Out

It’s not great if you feel burned out on your career when it’s barely off the ground.

According to a new survey, people are most likely to feel like they’re burned out on work when they’re just 32 years old.

And the top five things that make us feel burned out are . . .

 1.  Long work hours.

 2.  Trying to do too much.

 3.  Feeling like you always have to be “on.”

 4.  Not taking enough vacation.

 5.  Feeling pressure to go above and beyond your job description.

The survey also found most people who switched to working at home have been working MORE hours during the pandemic . . . with the average person putting in around 11 or 12 extra hours every month.  (SWNS Digital)
