A new study found that men who work out regularly can last twice as long in the bedroom. The study — led by Turkish researcher Dr. Yildiray Yildiz, surveyed 250 participants, aged 18-45 years old. The participants were of the same ethnic origin, same location and were monitored during sex for six months. They were divided into two groups, based on how much exercise they were involved in. Those who jogged, cycled or lifted weights for at least 40 minutes each day lasted around give minutes, 30 seconds on average. Meanwhile, men who walked for less than 30 minutes a week alsted an average of three minutes. Men who didn’t work out at all suffered from premature ejaculation more than the others.
