Millennial Employees Might Not Be So Bad After All

When it comes to work, millennials have a bad reputation. But a new study from research firm 747 Insights finds millennials are “actually en employer’s dream.” For this study, millennials are defined as those born between 1981 and 1997. Overall over 4,000 workers (from their late teens to their early 70s) were questioned about many aspects of their lives. Overall it was found millennials care about their work, have hope for the future, have a positive outlook on their generation, and believe they will contribute to the greater good. They were also the generation most likely to agree with the statement, “If I work hard, I can do anything.” (Business Insider
