A little over a week ago, i attended my first ever Cafe Laura Themed Dinner on PSU campus in the Mateer Building. After all these years, I never attended one… until that night. It was a Billy Joel themed dinner! Of course I was going to go (Thanks to listener Annemarie for the heads-up on the dinner)!
I wanted to find out more about the themed dinners (and why I wasn’t consulted on this dinner to come up with silly Billy Joel puns for menu items???), so I invited Jean Pierre Ranjeva, Instructor for Hospitality Management, and Kelly Rodavich, GM of the Billy Joel themed dinner and a senior at Penn State.

It was a great dinner and hopefully you can attend one of the themed dinners before the end of the semester. Go to cafelaura.psu.edu to find a themed dinner and make a reservation. If reservations are full, they do accept walk-ups, and I would encourage you to call the day of, or the day before, to see if any reservations were made available.
