I love to report when local guys succeed. Today, I’m proud to report about the success of three former Penn State football players, two of whom also played for State College High School. Nate Stupar, who played in all 16 games (started 4) with the Falcons last season, signed a 3 year free agent deal with the Saints yesterday. Jordan Norwood, the holder of the Super Bowl punt return record AND ALSO a former State High player, is in New York today to discuss moving there to play with the Jets. Finally, the Arizona Cardinals announce that former Lion A.Q. Shipley will be their starting center next year.
All three of these guys have had to fight their way through adversity to get where they are today….Congrats to all of them!
